Carrier Rates

Column

Option 1

6% of the Load’s Gross Revenue Booked by the Company for the Client

A total of 6% of the load’s gross revenue booked by the Company from Monday through Sunday will be charged the following Tuesday to Client’s credit or debit card.

Column

Option 2

$225 Weekly Flat Fee per Truck

A total of $225.00 per truck will be charged (!) every Tuesday to Client’s credit or debit card until the agreement is terminated.

Option 3

$50.00 Flat Fee per Load

A flat fee of $50 per load booked by the Company from Monday through Sunday will be charged the following Tuesday.

Non-CDL Carrier Rates

Column

1. All non-CDL carrier rates are 7% of the load's gross revenue booked by the company for the client.

2. All non-CDL carriers are subject to a 250.00 weekly flat fee.

3. All non-CDL carriers are subject to a 60.00 flat fee per load.
